Default Proportioning Valve?

One either side of the black grommet are where my lines mount from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve, but does the larger hole on the left mount to the front part of the master cylinder or does it mount to the rear of the master cylinder? I'm thinking the larger hole goes to the front part of the MC, but I would like to have someone confirm this. Thanks.

I don't know whether I need a frontal lobotomy or a bottle in front of me?!

From your pic: Front on left; rear on right.

The fronts get split into those 2 other ports (they go to the L/R front lines); the rear only gets 1 line & gets split at the rear diff.

I had to configure mine a little different because I did away with the brake booster and went with a Master Cylinder from a '69 corvette that had manual 4 wheel discs. The larger line that comes from the prop valve actually goes to the rear portion of the MC. I hope this will work okay. Here's what mine looks like.
