Default Video hardware/software question on computer

How so I find out what kind of video driver I have on my computer? Im running a windows pc.

Click on Start > Control Panel. When the control panel comes up, find the System icon and click on that. When the System window comes up click on the Hardware tab, then click on Device Manager.
