Default Who's the fastest all motor Pontiac?

Doing it the old school way (all motor) I was curious who had the fastest Pontiac and just how fast it was. Also, whats the most hp being made without adders?

Question

How are you going to compare fastest when weight, body style, chassis all come into play?

Maybe ya mean who is making the most HP N/A and seperate it into single 4 and 2-4's etc.

But then you have cu.in. and on and on and on and on.

Dude ?? Ya getting old like me...???
I don't think he asked all that...just who was the FASTEST!!
Would be cool to break it down to door slammer & diggers or altereds..
If they are all motor..that's it ....as long as it's Pontiac or aftermarket blocks..
I know Jack Gaydosh,Scott Rex, and John Langer are pretty damn fast...around this area. What about elsewhere ??

i'll start: mine is not the fastest, just an example. 526 with high ports and a victor manifold with a 1050 dominator. 8.86@151 with a 4.10 gear, nitrous grind cam, true ten tire, and stock suspension @3100lbs.
920cbhp.
there are guys with a quicker settup for n.a. and also guys making over 1000hp on the motor.

I think it should at least be narrowed down to 3000# plus door car.

I meant a Top Sportsman/ Ex-Prostock car with a true Pontiac motor. I STILL think it would be cool to run a Pontiac in Top Sportsman on all motor if it wasn't a maintenance nightmare.

im gonna give it a shot with my 70 gto when we get the car done. yah, even worse trying to do it with a 2600lb steel bodies car instead of a light 2350 car.

Well, that leaves out all of the above.

True Pontiac motor.
Steel body.
No power adders.

NHRA SS legal, or?

Thats what I was asking. 7.44

All I was asking was the fastest pontiac powered racecar without power adders. I wasn't really concerned about a particular class or weight, just who had the fastest Pontiac that we know of.
