That takes a 5.75" stroke to get to 800 inches with a 4.7 bore. How are you going to do that?

Certainly sounds like a few penny's more the and IA Block, but you get what you
pay for. Now the question is who's going to have the big cubic inch motor..
WOW...800 ci

The sky is the limit if Pontiac guys will support the V program. I am re-investing every dollar. Not as much personal investment as it sounds.

Shhhhhhhh Gach, my casting guy reads this and everytime I ask him he raises the price! I am trying to keep the need exceeding the greed.

Actually the 600 to 700 inch motor was a stop gap to get to the larger 4.70 bore block. After talking to Tony@BES and my casting guys it seemed pretty clear that we can get 80% there with the 4.55 bore. It only works if I can keep the cost between the existing blocks and doing the 4.700 bore stuff.

It is so expensive we only will do it in conjunction with a whole motor because I make so little on the block, and I have to do so many things to make it work. Getting it casted is the least of my issues. Of course the casting guy thinks it is the biggest issue, but it isnt. Once he casts it, then I have to pay for it and build it. It is going to take special provisions that I cant just sell the parts. It isnt worth it. If BES and I do the total engine, it is like being in heaven with the 47 virgins. (Only in RA-V heaven this includes good looking, female, and infinite supplies of Viagra)

Yes I guess so, but there are issues that are not conducive to street car use. For one, it is going to cost the same with things that the average "street guy" doesnt normally like to pay. However, like I said in the beginning, I know there are street guys probably 10% of them that will do it anyway.
