You mean you have NOT seen one of those before? That would be # 15 or so for me. Not near as popular as they once were but great at the drive in.

At least it's one of the less desirable late generation TA's, not one of the good ones!
Gotta love rednecks! Stewart

Build em the way you want them - my fave is the 70 GTO on the K5 Blazer Chassis in the camo primer paint!

Mine was the one that was on e-bay a few years back, 4x4 El Camino w/66 GTO nose? (maybe was 67 nose) Remember seller was dream weaver and thought it was someone I may have met back in 1985 ish.

Should a category be set up at TA NATS for these?
Might get a whole new group of people involved. Hey, money is money. |

I wouldn't do it, but it does look better than anything else out there, especially Jeeps...
...but no one cries when a Jeep rolls over, either. Kurt |

Someone did that with a very loaded '65 Impala SS ragtop that I found the remains of at the Bradenton LKQ U pull it in 1995. Got the tilt column with wood wheel and am-fm radio out of it. The indash tach and gage cluster along with the console was fairly crusty. I still have the white buckets out of it,though. A real shame that people do stuff like that to rare cars. The SS had crappy original 409 emblems on it. At least a '79/'80 F body isn't that rare.
