All I see is parts if the block and trans wasn't busted when he hit, then the interior and some other things may make it worth buying.

They list ACV at $16,000 and estimated repairs at $10,452. So does that mean it was a $26,452 car? Does that also mean that the owner only received $16,000 from his insurance company?

With the way that thing was destroyed ten grand wouldn't even begin to do repairs. The body is twisted on that thing. Parts only and a very close examination of what would be worth using again.
