What are the fastest non tube chassis cars around?
Just wondering, what are some of the fastest times by non tube pontiac powered cars?
I've heard many different claims, just wondering how fast some of you are? Not trying to start a pissing match, or any drama. Wondering what the fastest non tube chassis type cars run and what they have for power and weight? like backhalf or stock framerail type stuff.

The question always brings out a pissing match! As best I know there are a couple guys that have turned some .20's no clue at what weight. Langer I think has gone low .30s N/A @ 3200. Since someone brought up Fulton's car, by memory it is a big tire chassis car (could be I am wrong on the chassis part), I am certain it is an aluminum interior all lexan car I would guess at 2700 and is absolutely one of the nicest, most beautiful cars I have ever seen go down a track! I have a string of teens in street trim and within the Grudge rules we run (little tire, roll up windows, beer can ride height, etc.) @ 3300. Probably be a while before I can get it any faster: I'm struggling to hook the new power, today was the first day under a hundred, building a new house for the hot chick with a shop out back the size of Toledo, opening businesses in Mexico... too much work! With the 1/8th mile times you are turning it should be a slam dunk for a great full run e.t..
Congratulations and Good Luck!

Not that it's a big deal, but he runs E-Heads. At 400 lbs heavier your car is pretty bad @ss be a good race. At least you have the balls to call him out. I like that!

The Ponte Carlo runs consistant 8.80's at 154-155. Full chassis, no tubs, full interior, etc, etc, etc.

was told it wouldn't be a good race, cause he has a backup motor in it, and I don't wanna be a jerk and call him out with a smaller engine.
