Default 1963 Pontiac Catalina for sale

I know this lady who is selling her late husbands 63 Catalina.

Her husband passed away a couple years ago and I helped finish off putting the car together.. Ron bought it from a guy in Arizona back in the 80's and drove her home.. pulled out the 389 and tranny..

It has the long branch exhaust manifolds...

The 428 was rebuilt by a good friend of mine , He rebuilt a set of 1968 15 heads and hogged them out and used 2.11 , 1.77 valves. new screw in studs. When we put the engine back together we used new oem rockers as the valve covers he was going to use interfered with the alternator bracket and a couple other things and we wanted to get her running for the Easter Parade that year.

He built up a M40 tranny and I was wrecking out a 71 GTO at the time :>( and he transplanted the tunnel from the GTO into this so he could use that tranny .

The paint is over 20 years old and looks pretty damn good.. . Oh and there is a Superduty scoup in the garage to go with it also.. All the service manuals go with it and I think the two parts books go with it also.. She is listing it high but I am sure she will take offers , I have driven her since and she is tight.. and everything is done on her.. all the suspension, brakes, universals. Here are a couple links of info and pictures of her.

Here is the car when he started working on it..

The widow called me the other day and is wanting to sell .. She wants $15,000.00 for it but I told her in its not going to go for that. She refused someone in here I think at that price.. She will take offers and wants it out of the garage.. She wants anything that pertains to the car out also.. There is a Pontiac Vacum Pod guage to go with it also
I did up a vid of it on you tube, There is a hot start problem on this car. It has a new shorty starter and the engine is new, probably 500 miles on it if that. And a new battery , So I think its in the old engine harness.
