Default Seahawks vs Falcons

Predictions? I'm confident that the Seattle is going to win....but of course I'm biased.

Whistling past the graveyard?..lol
Seriously, Atlanta should win this game. They are well rested and playing at home where they've only been beaten once this season and that against the Bucs in the last game in a 'who cares?' situation... but they do have the monkey on their backs of never winning a playoff game...anywhere.
Should be competitive as the teams match up pretty well on paper.

Coin flip for both NFC games.

AFC games will be blowouts.

"Whistling past the graveyard" thats great! Haven't heard that in years. Hopefully our situation isn't that dire.

Well rested after 2 weeks off?......i'm going with too much down time, tightening up thinking about losing in the first round of the playoffs .......yet again...:-)

You're right they match up well and it should be a great game.

Go 'Hawks!

I don`t know too much about that. I think they lost in week 10.

Greg, you're forgetting about the 1998 season; they went to the Super Bowl.
I believe they won their first ever playoff game in a wild card against Philly in 1978, IIRC.

Punch...I felt like there was one other and I did forget about that. We let the Saints get away with one that time. Every game they lost this season was to a conference rival in fact. N.O., Carolina and Tampa. The Tampa game was meaningless and the Falcons played that way....the Carolina game was an embarrassment. Cam Newton kicked our a$$es almost single handedly.

Lightfoot, I should have said that they've never won a playoff game under the current leadership/ownership...Although, they are really a better team by far the last few seasons than they were in that Super Bowl season.

It's on now - just started! Im neutral w this one. Although I do hope it is as good a game as the Ravens vs Broncos game.
I'll be waiting to see if Texans can defeat Patriots this time or if it's another a$$-kicking...

The Atlanta Falcons are the most nerve wracking sons of b_tc_es in the NFL!
I congratulate them though...they got that monkey off their backs.
I give the Seahawks credit....There ain't no quit in those boys.

If Carroll hadn't called a time out, the MISSED FG by the Falcons would have counted and Seattle would have won. oh well.
