Superbowl Champion Ravens
Somebody ask where all the Ravens fan are? They were at the victory party and parade at Ravens stadium today.
Much as I wanted to attend the festivities today, prior engagements kept me to watching updates on local TV. Power to the Purple!!

Not at all! But seriously, a lot of local businesses were closed today. And I know several people who kept their kids out of school to attend the festivities. Much like opening day for hunting season in many rural areas. Except local schools weren't actually closed as they are for deer season.
And in case anyone wants to stereotype Baltimore .... Quote:

Howard and Fayette...about 10 blocks away from the best trauma center in the world.
How ironic. Welcome to Baltimore, Hon. |
