Two Beautiful Bubbletops
Was at the World of Wheels here in Milwaukee yesterday. Saw these two bubbletops, both with 425A tri-power power. They looked even better in person:

The 61s are my favorite. They must have the Ventura interior and 4 speed.

They both had perfect Ventura interiors. Both were 4 speeds. The red one had "Ventura" on the side trim. The other had "Catalina". They were incredible twins. Paint was perfect. Underneath the hood everything looked as it should and like new. Amazing cars.

Those cars have a style all their own, quite possibly some of the best looking cars that anybody ever made, IMHO.

Nice cars. Catalina and Ventura were separate models in 1961, so the Catalina would have come originally with a Catalina interior as well.

ventura had the chrome spear on the front fender and catalina did not. if the ventura was to be factory stock they missed on the exhaust tailpipes

To be clear I don't think they should be picked apart for not being 100% original - I see mag wheels and individual chrome air cleaners, and that's fine (my car has similar mods as well.) They're great looking cars.
