68 GTO horn

So a buddy and I decided to see if we could fix my horn issue and here is the problem we ran into. The connection to operate the horn seems to have separated. If someone could please tell me how it goes together so we can fix it tomorrow night id appreciate it greatly. We will have a sauder gun with but I want to know for sure how it goes together.
