Fuel pump ecctrinic
When the fuel pump ecctrinic is bolted on the front of the cam should the outer bushing turn freeley or should it be tight, when I bolt my ecctrinic on to 40lbs. the outside still free wheels thanks,------BOB

It should turn freely.

And while you're checking things, a camshaft endplay of .003 - .007" will verify the eccentric has been Correctly installed. Its very easy to install it wrong and end up with excessive endplay. Fwiw

Make shure to I stall the washer with the flat side toward the cam
