Default Alternator suggestions

My current alternator is # 1100917 ( last position is a little hard to read) 65A 09 12V NEG with external regulator. That’s what the markings say anyway. I will be adding in an electric fan, A/C and an aftermarket stereo (nothing radical) into my 65 GTO with 389 and M-22 trans. I will also be using a MSD RTR distributor ( no iggy box) with blaster 2 coil. Should I rebuild what I have or upgrade?

Thanks in advance

electric fan alone would indicate an upgrade needed.

That's what I thought as well but wanted to get some other opinions and options on brands / part #’s.
