I believe they all should have the stainless trim on the back edge of the trunk lid (and quarters). The lower quarter trim went away late in the '69 model year.

Correct, they all had the trunk lid lip stainless. The rear quarter lower
moldings were phased out in the last part of February 69. I seem to recall that there was another change made in late February....I believe it was the deletion of the GTO emblem
in the middle of the dash on non A/C cars.

I have a April car from Pontiac and it had the lower rear quarter trim on the car. I'm not sure when the rear quarter lower trim was stopped. I would like to know.

I have the same bulletin but it seems that most cars through April had them. After April I've noticed that all the hardtops are lacking them but convertibles had them right through the end of production in July 69.

Correct that is a dated thing and might run smack together in a mess with the first however factory Judges that were pumped out.
