Pontiac Performance Engine
473 CID Pontiac engine - I know the history of this engine since new. The engine has just been freshened and run on a test stand. All parts are new or have less than 40 runs, and a few hundred street driven miles. This XE code block is originally from a 65,000 mile 1973 Formula. The block has been hard blocked to the water pump holes, features 3 center billet main caps, ARP studs, Crankshaft Specialties factory nodular 4.250 chromed crank, BME 396 Series 6.800 rods, Ross .060 flat top pistons that have been coated tops and sides, block is o-ringed and uses copper head gaskets. Compression ratio is 12:1, Comp Cams solid roller camshaft 4028B/4032B R108 274/281 duration .420 L.L. 108 LSA, Rollmaster timing chain set, Crower roller lifters, 3/8" pushrods, Crower 1.60 ratio stainless steel roller rocker arms, Indian Adventures stud girdle, 318cfm ported E-heads with 2.11 int. 1.66 exh. valves, K-Motion valve springs, Crower valve locks and Titanium retainers, ported Dominator Victor intake manifold with 1" spacer, Mallory distributor (I would recommend replacing spark plug wires), BHJ aluminum hub harmonic balancer, and custom oil pan with kickout. If someone is interested in this engine and cannot use the oil pan due to having a stock subframe, I will swap out the custom pan and install a Milodon 30355 pan with matching pickup. This engine does not come with a flexplate/flywheel, but requires one that is neutral balanced. Pick up is preferred, but shipping will not be a problem, and will be shipped via truck freight from a business. $8750.00.

It's a fresh engine. It has only been run on a test stand.
