Default Subframe clip nut, Bumper bracket mount

WEll I have a pair for this 1970 Im helping with, but looking for a source on this spring steel clip-nut. It goes at very end of subframe and makes it easy to adjust the bumper up and down on its arc. Looking for a source, thoughts?

Anyone order a 70 - 73 master body and/or chassis kits from AMK??. . if so, are they second to none with respect to aftermarket bolt kits?
