It makes a bold statement alright. I like it. I've never seen a Carousel car done up in the Bobcat treatment. It works if you ask me.

I think the judge fender decals should be installed higher when cornering lamps are present. Also that black judge has the power windows and power lock switches in the wrong location on the door panels.
not a big thing but it may be indicative to the quality of resto elswhere in the project

All those cars are great looking and always neat to see a Judge with options even if they were owner installed like I did on my non Judge 69.
I thought horn relay covers were 70 and up? If you look closely you will see this car has one. I bought one some years back thinking mine was missing and the thing wouldn't fit at all, no matter how hard I tried. I would like to know how they got that one to attach since it does look nice.

WOW, that car looks great! I have a 428 block and a set of 722 heads that would go great with that car. Then again, a RAM AIR V motor would be the ultimate.

Lots of times I see the '70's installed upside down which causes a bulge on them in the wrong spot. The P.O. of my car did that. Not sure why because it slips onto my relay just fine when installed correctly. Mark, maybe your relay was bigger?? The left one is the correct '69 for my Judge. |

And here is the '70 relay cover after I installed it correctly. You can see the bulges just under half way down from the former incorrect installation
I'll be using the '69 after I get my booster redone. |

The 69 Orange Bobcat bid to 30K and did not sell.
I am surprised it was not more. |

69 CR Royal Bobcat paint is now on Ebay for 41K. I like it and think it is a good deal. I already have a 69 Judge so I am not the buyer for this one.

That's a very pretty car, it's a real shame that whoever did the work on laser-straightening the body didn't bother fixing the punched in nose though. I made the mistake of pointing out a similar situation about a friend's 68 he has. He begs me to try straightening it for him all the time and I can't get the "NO F'ing way am I touching that!" loud enough in his ears. that paint cracks by looking at it crooked no matter how much flex agent was added, I'm not pulling on a painted nose!

I do not see anything wrong with the nose. I even blew the picture and did not see what you are referring to.

He's talking about how the nose is pushed in at the bottom a bit. So many of them are like that most people don't even notice it or know whether it should be vertical or sloped. Mine is off a bit too. I look at it all the time and wish I'd noticed it before I painted.
Picture hanging a plumb off the front of the nose. The plumb would be straight down and there'd be a gap between the string and the nose at the bottom.
