Aeroteck evac system instructions state you should have 10 to 12 inches of vacuum at your max RPM. Wondering how much oil should it suck after 60 to 80 miles. Opinions suggestions.

You might want to try the race section. What kind of system is it? Aeroteck must be spelled wrong. Nothing comes up on Google.

Don't know about Aerotech, but my vacuum pump (electric on a hobbs switch for boost activation) I went 1200 miles and had a few drops in there.

I use the GZ unit that makes 12 in-hg. I get about a teaspoonful after 100 miles.
I do use an GZ oil separator in the breather cap that just lets enough oil through to keep the pump lubed.

I have a Star Machine Sportsman it pulls about the same amout of vacuum and oil. I have restricted pushrods and just basic Mr.Gasket breathers.

It gets to 12 in-hg @5800 rpm. I use a 4.5 inch pulley on the pump and a 3.5 inch on the crank.
