Its back - Pontiac head tool
I've been out for a long time, but just got these made again.
As seen in Jim Hands engine book the Spot Eye push rod head elongation tool https://www.ebay.com/itm/282735267606

Paul do you suggest use of a drill press, milling machine or hand drill on iron heads? And what type cutter works best on iron?

You don’t need to enlarge the pushrod holes on Edelbrock heads correct?

You do on at least the early Edelbrocks since they didn't have any more pushrod clearance than the stockers, and Edelbrock moved things around enough that the tool probably doesn't align correctly.
Very nicely done piece.

I've used a similar tool on SBC iron heads that Summit sells. Works nicely in that application.
It's nice to see this made specifically for the Pontiac. |
