Default Leftover Parts

Some of you are aware I just finished my 64 GTO approx. 6 yr restoration (thx for all the help & advice along the way). Sorting through the excess stuff I have leftover and I have these two fasteners in a bag marked “ front bumper hardware”
Can’t see these anywhere in the restoration manual and don’t think I missed anything on bumper install. Any ideas where these might go or did I just get something in a wrong bag.

If you have parts left over and it all works it just means you made it better
