69/70 Judge Open Hood Scoop Insert

I'm not sure if it made of plastic or fiberglass.

Condition-
Will need to be stripped to remove paint.
Damaged includes missing chunk of plastic on rear edge that is roughly 1 1/2" by 1/2".
Holes for mounting studs are damaged and will need repair. They are missing material and will likely need to have new threads cuts l'm under the impression epoxy is the perferred method to repair these but please do your own research
