Spiral shock restoration
Anyone have a source or has had their spiral shocks rebuilt, restored???

Haven’t sent my shocks into them yet but Shocks&Springs in Colorado said they could rebuild my original spirals (rears). I’d be interested in other options as well.

Bil:
For 1964 I don't believe that Dan Patch will service existing shocks. However, he will sell you new spiral shocks, stamped with the information you provide. The current cost is $250 per stamped shock. He has a 6 month waiting period, and reportedly his inventory is shrinking, which may mean higher costs in the future. |
