Triple plated means copper, nickle and chrome. Some people think it means three layers of chrome. Copper is used to fill imperfections that are sanded smooth before the nickle and chrome steps. Ask your plater how they do it.

X2 for Librandi. The chrome on my friend’s Bonneville was done there and looks great.

I've had several sets rechromed by Keystone and was very happy with their work. I think their prices are competitive. Their chrome facility is in Brainerd, MN but I believe you can bring them to an LKQ facility near you and they'll take care of shipping them back and forth.

Thanks for the advice.
Sent the bumper to Tri-City today.
In six to eight weeks or so I’ll let you know how it turned out. Thanks Again. |

I've relied on them many times. Never disappointed in the quality or time frame. Plus, I always get back the bumper I send in, not someone else's junk. I've driven there a couple of times to pick up customer pieces and they are good folks to meet in person.
