I have a 69 Pontiac Quadrajet and am having difficulty removing the needle seat. I have the correct wide tip screw driver. It just won’t budge. Any tips?

Try a little heat and Kroil. Allow to heat and cool several times. Be careful not to overheat the diecast carb body. It will screw out----right-hand threads.

Since I assume the removal is to install in new one what i do in a case like this is to get a long bolt that Will fit down in it and beat on it with a Hammer.
This will jar the threads loose in 5 seconds and it will screw right out.
