What's your Temperature??
Hitting record high temps around here. 44*C tomorrow, around 104F or so. way too hot for us to handle. Canadian record for temp was broke today in Lytton B.C. 45.5 so close to 114F. We are not used to this out West, Seattle is just south of us and is getting hit hard as well. My conversion was off a bit so I adjusted the temps. But still hot, our usual temp for this time of year is 75 to 80 max.

That's like Sahara Desert temperatures. Crazy. It's been warmer than normal here all month; we've had a lot of low 90s, but nothing like that.

High of 72F in Redondo Beach, CA today, with a 10kt ocean breeze. Forecast to be 73 tomorrow. THIS is the reason we pay big bux for a tiny house.

89-90 at our local car show lot in Western PA. I brought an umbrella for portable Shade. Might have scored a 69 350 motor for parts.

82 yesterday...Thank You, Lord!!!
I pray about the weather EVERY day, living in Oklahoma, especially in April and May. If you have whimsical, romanticized thoughts of hearing thunder storms going off in the distance, while you are dozing off in a recliner with the windows cracked open......you most likely DON'T live in Oklahoma!!! This spring has been VERY nice, cool and rainy. 2nd and 3rd weeks in June got into the low 90's, although quite humid. Other than that, lower-mid 80's, cloudy, overcast pleasant weather.

Temp
The weather guessers predict 111* in Seattle today. We hit 100* at my place in Silverdale yesterday. Most homes here do not have central AC.

Ya we are at 80* at 7am this morning, supposed to hit 104 here on Vancouver Island. We have 2 portable A/C units going full tilt. Hydro bill is gonna
be Huge. Supposed to cool off a bit tomorrow, back down to mid 80's. Have today off so will be hiding by the A/C machine or in the fridge.

Central Florida is having a cool June so far - high 80s low 90s and rains have finally started (was near drought but have seen it get 10" behind and make it all up in a weekend). Windy stuff seems to be heading everywhere but here (in 35 years only home damage has been from hail).
Only odd thing is morning lows seem to be up from low 70s to mid 70s. Electric bill is staying under $200. Many used to head north for the summer but current times are odd. |

So far, temp has only hit 100 once, but the relative humidity at the same time was in the high 40's making for a heat index in the 110's.
Weather has been somewhat unusual, but it always is in Missouri. Warm winter, followed by cool spring, than hot and dry; most recently monsoon season (we seldom experience this, but occasionally). Jon.
