BOP Engineering makes and sells them.They have a web site.You can also buy them from Jim Butler Performance for $30 at 931-7624596 or jbp-pontiac.com. They work great,I put one in my 67 Firebird and it sealed with no modifications at all.They have two sizes one for 326-400,and one for 421-455.
