Chances of that happening with these old school Pontiacs guys is really really slim. Now getting a carbed 400 or 455 in one is something most of us would love to see/do.
Why would youwant to go with an old 350 when you can get an LS1?
If its an LT1 its almost a bolt in deal, the distributor will be near impossible to reach since its under the windshield, but the mounts will work. A lower pressure fuel pump will be needed as well, among other things. LT1 parts like headers should work for an old chevy.
Ask around on LS1.com maybe someone there knows of a guy with a carbed LT1 car.

There is a guy at the local track that has one. I didnt talk to the guy, but i got a real good look. The first thing I noticed is you have to have a cowl hood, and you have to cut into the cowl area, right below the windshield. Since the engine sits further back the distibutor, and the carb will hit The headers looked like a set from a third gen (shorties). And of course remove the in-tank fuel pump, and run a lower pressure electric pump, or a mechanical.
