Tailgate power window

I just started working on a 68 bonni statonwagon,and it has afew electrical problems mainly the rear window but also the horn does not seem to have any power and the wipers move slowly. Has anyone played with this lately

check to make sure that the voltage regulator is working properly. should have 14 volts or there abouts at the battery when running. horn could be unhooked , the relay could be bad or the contacts in the steering wheel could be bad.

thanks , I found a bad relay with the horn, with the wipers I found the fuse blown(the wipers still worked just moved slow) and the motor had only one speed. Now for the hard stuff does anyone know where the relay is located for the rear tailgate window i have the factory manual but it is only shown on the wire schematic (I think this might be top secret stuff)

try looking in the schematic section under power accessories. there should be a circuit breaker on the fuse panel , other than that i don't know.

Thanks for your sugestion, sorry for the extra late reply but have not been on line for awhile. Turns out the wires going to the rear window were completely severed under the right rear bumper( I have the single action tailgate) and the trick to fixing it is getting in the rear well with a hot wire from the battery, remove the spare tire cover to access the connector the the power window motor. Now this is where I was lucky, the down wire was touching just enough,so when i aplied the 12 volts to the wire in the connector to make the window go down it crept down far enough to get the tailgate open I could then get to the break. Now for the horn the wire in the sterring wheel that feeds down the columb had come unplugged had to find out the hard way. thamks again
