Sean Proctor from Phoenix, Arizona, phone # 602-400-1195 is ripping people off. Has an ad on POCI website for parting out '63 GP. He took alot of money from me in February for several parts and has only delivered the carb so far. He has lied repeatedly about when the parts would be shipped and has made no attempt to refund any money. Also doesn't respond to emails.

I did use a postal money order and have the USPS form to file a mail fraud complaint. He has ripped off at least one other person to the tune of $100. Sean Proctor's address is 912 E. Wahalla Ln. Phoenix, AZ 85024. That is a cell phone #. Email address is Proctor,Sean [[email protected]].

I orderd parts from him in February and they were finally delivered the last week of April. It took many emails and phone calls to get the parts. I can add that the majority of the emails and the phone calls went unanswered. His excuse was family problems.

He's on my list of never agains.

All I can say is good luck. Turn the dogs 'loose.

Did you ever get your parts from Sean? If not, email me off the list. I have a phone number for him that might get better results.

Fill out that mail fraud report and then sit back and wait unless you want to make a personal visit. The postal investigators WILL make contact but it takes a few weeks. My guess is you will see a positive resolution but it takes a bit for the Fed wheels to start grinding.
