Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with these guys.I ordered a kit from them on the 5th of Jan.,and told them i needed by this week.Well i call them today to find out where it was and was told that
it was sent out today because they had to order some of the parts.They didnt even try to call and let me know.I told the salesman
that i had to have it this week.After emailing him today,his response was pretty much oh well sorry.Just wondering if you guys have run into this.I guess they are just getting too big and i am joe nobody.

I've never had the problem cuz I've never ordered from them. I get their fliers, but their prices seem to be higher than their competition.

I've ordered from them a few times over the last 10-12 years; no problems.
