Hi
Had a problem with a part I bought from Ames that didn't fit (roller timing chain) the chain was too long , must have been a screw up from the supplier , anyway they took it back and sent me a new one and refunded the cost to get it back to them , so I am very happy with them , I think you can judge a company by how they handle a problem http://forums.performanceyears.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif BTW I had the part sitting around for a long time before I tried to fit it to my motor so that is even more of a plus for them , they could have said you have had it to long, etc, http://forums.performanceyears.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
