Got a crank with a 455 block that has a 496453 on it. Can't find it in any of my books. Anyone out there have an idea, and what source book for the info?

SKIP FIX: I LOOKED IN ALL MY BOOKS ALSO, AND I CAN NOT FIND IT. I FOUND: 1970-1974 455 ALL-9799103, 1973-1974 455 SD-495030, 1975-1976 455 ALL-496415. THATS ALL I CAN FIND ON 455 CRANKS. SORRY!!! I HOPE SOME ONE CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTION.

ACCORDING TO MY BOOK THE CRANK IS OUT OF A 1975 A BODY STANDARD CAST CRANK,I TO HAVE A COUPLE OF THESE CRANKS HOPE THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTION GOOD LUCK !

I show this to be listed as 1970-76 455 auto, also 9799103 is another listing for the same thing. My source is Ziggy's Pontiac parts finder and I got it from Jeg's. Hope that helps
