National Parts Depot in ventura ca.

restoring a 74 T/A , during frequent orders of whole interior parts,
double charge the credit card on same order and ship the same parts twice,
oversell tactics http://pysales.com/images/evil.gif, very unpleasent experience

had to drive back to them to return all the orders that they shipped twice,
walked in the show room and sales associates are looking at you like you with unhelpfull face on them ,its like my mistake !!!!!

after all the incovenience that they cuased me ,i had a little item that asked for ,and it was $2.99 ,they went on and still charged me while the person helping me went inside and asked to his supervisor about it .

sorry about the experience Harry but my experience with them has been favorable. They ship quick and as far as my parts are concerned, seem to have really good quality.

Larry ,as you know they have more than 1 store,
as i said NPD in ventura Ca.,the 1 close to me here in Ca.
my personal experience was only with theire 1 specific store.

Larry did you had to buy lot of parts ? thats when the problems started .

I have been to the one in Charlotte NC several times....nothing but good sevice. Sorry to hear of your bad experience.
