I'm thinking of swaping a '65 389 into a '59 Studebaker Lark. Anyone tried this? Looking for any help or information I can get. Thanks.
Sorry for posting this twice, having computer problems.

Have not heard of that but I have studebaker with stude 289 it is a pretty big motor dimension wise. When people look under my hood they think it is a much bigger displacement. The stude motor is a very nice motor in itself it comes stock with a gear drive, forged rods and crank, solid lifter cam, separate water jacketed intake (eight bolts and it is off), externaly servicable oil pump, round 4 bolt water pump and center bolt valve covers.
