Kudos for Old Pinion Head and his parts

I purchased some parts from OPH a while back.
Hubs and caliper brackets. Used parts, naturally,
but in VERY NICE condition. The brackets were expensive but not anywhere near the price of the REPOP parts and were original GM pieces. I will
do more business with him in the near future.

Another boring, but true, story......

This gem came to me via the help of 4 PY members.

The car was on eRape.

Mike Nixon sniped it.

Ol' Pinion Head went down to Texas to snatch it ("Well it's floodin' down in Texas.......---SRV).

Ol' Pinion Head brought it up to Norwalk.

Scott Rex's Suburban towed it here........

............on Rashy's trailer.

Moonlight, might drop me an e-mail. In the old days, I did 15-20 swappers a year + mailorder. Don't have time to set-up at many swappers anymore, stay fairly swamped the way it is. Currently, only website I have is for posting digital pictures, may put up a real one this winter.

Scott, I thought OK cars were "rustfree" :D I am of the age where I was 16 in '62. It was a very good year. Glad to see this 63 is not being crushed. Would love to see pictures after finished. What engine/trans combination? Inquireing Pontiacaddict minds want to know??

Only problem you have then is do you sell it to pay for college tuition so the child can take care of you in your old age or hold on to it and hope you don't need the medical care?!?!? :rolleyes: The '62 looks great too! It is kind of like the one in the for sale forum here by widetrack. BTW, if it takes that long for the rebuild, how will you get OLD pinion head to do it if he is OLD now?? He won't be able to do the work, he will have to hire it out. (PS. you should get a discount in that case.)

Yes, it's the same body style as the one that Widetrack has for sale. His is a two-tone, though, which I sort of prefer.

His car is a good deal. Hopefully, somebody buys it.
