I need a deck lid for my 67 catalina ragtop. I've had some people tell me that the deck lid must be from a 67 or 68 convertible. I've had others tell me that the deck lid from a 4-door will work. Who's right?

Just to add to your confusion I heard a Boneville trunk lid wont fit a Catalina. I guess a tape measure could answer all your questions but I dont have the answer

I just checked my 1966 Pontiac body parts book (sorry, no 67) It shows for a 66 Catalina, the same trunk lid will fit a Two door sedan, a four door sedan, a four door hardtop and a convertible. I would think the same will apply for the 67. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I also have a 67 2-door fastback and the deck lid definitely won't fit the ragtop. It's a lot longer. I have never seen a 67 2-door sedan. I don't know if they made them.

They list a 67 Catalina, model no.252, body/style number 25211 as a 2-door Sedan 6P. On my above post, I did not mean that the 66 and 67 would interchange. The same cars in 67 should inter change like the 66 will.
