Check the following...
the fuse , switch assy , blower motor itself , the wiring may have a short in it or a bad ground . Good luck and welcome to the board

jim,
Any ideas where to get wiring diagrams? What's the best way to get at the switch. I do know I'm not getting juice to the motor.
Thanks.

I have the same problem, I have replaced the switch and verified my motor works, but still not through the switch, to get at the switch you have to remove your radio and 8 track ducting ,there are four nut's that hold the a/c dash panel in place, on ebay there are 66 service manual's that can be purchased and those manuals have good info and wiring diagrams..good luck keep us posted.

Hey, while we are using Performance Years good auspices, let's give them some business. They sell the Service manuals too. The manuals are your best investment, but there are also wiring diagrams only available for about 8 -1 0 bucks.

Once you get at that switch, I have had some luck taking the back terminal plate off and cleaning the contacts, re-greasing and putting back together. If it's totally trashed, I think we have several good used ones. If it's an a/c car don't forget to check the switch on the blower housing. They are almost always shot. (those we dont have)

Ccass,
What switch on the blower housing are you refering to? I have a '67 Tempest w/fact. A/C and the only "switch" I could find would be the relay (on the firewall) or the resistor block (located on the blower housing).

The actual 4 position electrical switch on the dash heater control unit. It has the chrome handle.

ccass,
Do you know if py has any of the relays that are on the housing or where I can get one?
