67 Front parking and head lights?

I have two simple questions. High beams or low beams on top? Also should front parking light go out when you turn headlights on? The way the switch is made they should, just want to verify. I know these are stupid questions but I bought the car apart (someone elses incomplete project) and finelly getting it together.

PS the grill surronds fit perfectlly the header panel was out of shape.

Mike ,
The low beam combo high beam light goes on the top . It has 3 prongs . The high beam only goes on the bottom , it has 2 prongs .
The parking lights go off when the headlights are on .
