The home phone number [(307) 265-2709} crosses to:
Wren, Chris & Holly
501 Long Lane
CASPER, WY 82609
Where the Gary came from, I don't know. Even though the guy is in my "neck of the woods" I haven't run across him, and therefore can't comment.

I sent a few emails to him a while back. He responded for the most part. I was looking for help finding a rear quarter for my '67. He put me in touch with a guy in Longmont, CO that actually does most of his car restorations. He seems to sell a lot of cars for quite a bit of money. He also is a distributor for some restoration parts. He made it sound to me like he was having to sell his car collection to finance his business. I kind of doubt that's the case and I think he buys junk GTO's, fixes them up and sells them for a lot of cash.

gary wren is a true Pontiac enthusiast, especially GTO's.He owns a very successful business selling camping stuff, boats, gear, tents, etc. He has had a bad year since 9-11 and is selling alot of his GTO's but has a good outlook and will just start again when the business climate improves. He definitely does NOT buy junk and fix them up.he buys quality cars and does alot of "body offs".I have bought parts from him and have always been satisfied.Call him up,he loves to talk GTOs and is a very nice gentleman.Nuf said.ATB bigpop pssorry proper nouns are capitalized, huh

I tried to save a few bucks by buying a set of rally II center caps from this Gary a-hole on Ebay.
I sent him a postal money order VIA PRIORITY MAIL right after the auction ended. I tried emailing him and finally got an answer back saying (quote) " What were the items?" when I had told him what they were and had even included the auction number in my original emails. I replied once again telling him what the items were, but didn't hear back from him again until 5 days later saying that they had been shipped. They arrived loose in a large Priority Mail box that had been turned inside out, even though he had charged extra for "handling". Then he blocked me from sending him further emails and left me negative feedback!
DON'T BUY FROM HIM!!!!!!

I've purchased several items from them and have been happy. Intell the last transaction on ebay bought a 67 heater control unit w/ good cables, the cables in my opinion where junk, emailed gary and he responded back about 5 days later to ship them to him and he would replace them haven't got that far. The heater unit doesn't look the same as my set does which makes me beleive that there out of a big car or later gto. will see what happens when i send them back. He has lost my business for now.

From what I've seen he usually deals in quality parts, usually nicely cleaned up. Got a little nervous when I saw that one of his auctions selling NOS '71 GTO splitters pictured the $10 Auto Zone units, but assumed that it was possibly an honest mistake. Hope so, as they brought in excess of $100. Probably the same sucker that bought one of those Grant "GTO wood wheels" for $200+. Again, do your homework!

I have gotten several parts from him over the past 2 years via ebay. They were very nice. Never had a problem. Prices and shipping cost were high but all in all I was satisfied.
