WHICH INTAKE WOULD WORK BEST FOR RACING ONLY ON EDELBROCK HEADS, WITH AN 1150 HOLLEY DOMINATOR, THE EDELBROCK VICTOR OR THE WARRIOR INTAKE?

Gach is right, the Victor would be the best race only intake for the Eheads. If you don't have a hood scoop and clearance might be a problem, note that the Victor is much taller than the Warrior. Also, like the Warrior, the Victor also needs a lot of work (porting) for it to flow it's maximum potential.

Dollar for dollar.... The Victor is your best bet. The Warrior requires a lot of work to make it "work" whereas, the Victor works well out of the box.

Depending on your application there are a couple of "turtles" that you may want to try in the plenum area.

Are these assessments of the Victor over the Warrior dependent on engine size? I have a Victor/Dominator on an E-head 400 that has not yet run. I also just purchased a well massaged Warrior with the Dominator pattern to do a comparison, but it may be a long time before my racecar project is race worthy.

THE ENGINE IN MY CAR NOW HAS A WARRIOR INTAKE ON IT AND IT HAS RAM/AIR IV HEADS ON IT. THE CAR RUNS IN THE LOW 10'S @ AROUND 130 MPH.
MY NEW ENGINE IS ALMOST THE SAME EXCEPT IT HAS EDELBROCK HEADS. THAT IS WHY I ASKED THE QUESTION WHICH ONE WOULD BE BETTER WITH THE EDELBROCK HEADS.

A customer's combination: 473, steel rods, RA IV heads w305@ 28", roller, Warrior tunnel ram w/750's =10.30's. removed the intake setup and installed a massaged Victor with a 1050 dominator rejetted. 10 teens, Picked up .15 right off the bat. This combo with the tunnel ram was run for over a year then changed. I think with more tuning it has 2-2.5 tenths difference. Later
