Transmission to carburetor vacuum line

Trying to help a friend who purchased a 1966 GTO with non-dealer installed tripower on an automatic transmission car. He is trying to correct some of the shortcuts for show. Need to know if the vacuum line to the transmission is entirely steel, or partially steel and partially neopreme. I can fabricate the line, if I can get some decent pictures. Thanks. Jon.
