They refuse to make right their contact.



They installed the condensor 12 inches in front of the radiator, with out putting a fan on the condensor.

Thats why the condensor isnt cooling.



He told me they aren't going to make it right and to go else where.


I told him I was going to goto their competitor and then him to small claims court.

I moved the condensor closer to the radiator and put space between the condensor hose and the radiator

(yes the hose was hitting the radiator)

it blows cooler



now, im gona add foam to make sure all the air is pulled through both




Toto's is a hack place that installs parts and will feel the darkside because of it.

yes him and his guys sent me in the right direction.


I changed the condensor and made it closer, im gona get some foam, as per the manufacturers idea, to quarentine any unauthorized air flow keeping the system even cooler,

DOnt forget to tell him your goin to file a complaint with the DMV liscense division about his not doing the job correctly. They are the ones who can pull his liscense for working on cars. Find out his insurance company and make a claim or get help from the DMV When you call. Maybe with the threat he may give you a 50% refund. There is a thread in here about legal action with all kinds of ideas for dealing with scumbags like these guys who ripped you off. Good luck and keep us informed.

I installed an electric fan on the condensor and it works fine now.


sorry it took so long to respond, it was a bad experience with this 'tard.
