hi, when i steer the car left or right while driving it doesn't turn back to the center at all. second problem is that the cart is very low in front, and when i changed the springs with heavy duty springs. nothing changed. i looked in the manuel and found out that the original hight should be 1" higher.

Something to check. On your steering gearbox is a backlash adjusting screw. It is an allenhead screw with a locknut. If someone overtightened the allenscrew it will cause the gears to bind and not let the steering return to center on it's own.
Not sure what could change your ride height other then not your running stock A arms, spindles and/or springs.
