I would like to give Butler Performance and most especially Dave Butler a plug. I purchased a crate motor from B P (My first experience) and unfortunately experienced some motor issues. I'm not a motor head and was obviously disappointed. As many of you know when a problem occurs there seems to be several potential reasons so I don't know that we'll ever be able to emphatically know the cause of my trouble; today I think it's just as likely as not that nobody was at fault.
The point of this post is to say that from day one Dave Butler's only focus was to get everything squared away in record time; he graciously went out of his way to help make me a satisfied customer. Dave quickly responded to all my phone calls and without exception took all the time necessary to answer my questions. Additionally he provided a large dollar amount of parts, labor, and also absorbed some freight.
After 35 years of sales management I know that if you're in business and have never had a compliant you're simply not doing enough business. I also know that you don't build trust and value on the amount of product you sell but rather on how you perform when your customer needs you.
If you would like a builder that will spend the necessary amount of time with you on the phone to get you comfortable and stay the full course in the event of a problem then I'd call Dave Butler.
