i RETURNED ABOUT 300.00 OF STUFF ( REALLY POOR SEATBACKS AND BOTTOMS, FIRST RUN CRAP, AND OTHER STUFF) TO THEM AND THEY RECIEVED IT ON AUG 24( USPS COMFIRMATION) AND IT`S NOW SEPT. 7, i THINK THEY HOLD THEIR RETURN REFUNDS FOR A WHILE AND EARN INTEREST ON THE FUNDS, THERE`S NO EXCUSE FOR NOT CREDITING MY CREDIT CARD FOR 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY RECIEVED THE PACKAGE!! i HAVE ALOT OF GTO`S TO RESTORE AND THEY HAVE LOST MY BUISNESS, i`VE CALLES NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THEY RECIEVED IT ON THE 1ST. OF SEPT. AND THE CREDIT SHOULD BE ON MY ACCOUNT THE NEXT DAY, bull!!!

I also dealt with OPG and was very disappointed. I ordered one of their complete interior kits for my 65 GTO. I received a portion of the order 1 month after I placed the order and my credit card was charges. I had too wait another 2 months to receive the remainder. After waiting a total of 3 months I received abulk of the kit; however small items like the dome light bezel, lock ferrules and other like items were never received. Finally gave up and ordered the remainder from PY.
After this experience I will never do business with or endorse OPG.

Personally, I have had no issues with OPG and have always recieved what was ordered and it was good quality

In fairness to OPG, credit card companies usually take around 10 days to post a credit to your account once a merchant has applied for the credit.

well in fairness to me, it`s now been 17 days since they received the parts and still no credit to my account. amazing that when they ( or whoever) accept an order the charge shows up within a couple of days, any reasoning for this??? All that is needed to do a refund is the same as a charge except for reversing the charge, no problem. I`ve dealt with alot of companies and always when I return something the credit shows up within a few days after the items are recieved. As our sponser of this board has done for me before and other companies. I`ll wait a few more days then I`ll dispute the charge and go from there

Check with your bank first. If you call OPG...like any other business, they should be able to give you a date and invoice# from the transaction. Verify with your bank and see what doesn't jive. I know, you shouldn't have to do all this, but don't let anyone get over on you. There is a paper trail on all transactions, and I have never seen a refund show up the next day. Someone obviously dropped the ball here, and you should be able to detrmine where and when. PS, ask foe Colin at OPG, see if that helps. Yelling at the "grunts" seldom gets anyone's attention. They are reluctant to bother their supevisors with news that someone didn't do th job right.
