View Full Version : Do not buy from DAVID on this board...1 year and still no fenders!!!

EDIT: This guy goes by the screen name "DAVID" on this board, and has been known as Crzy4my10th, Tilemaster, and Oneton as far as I know on other boards....STILL Selling on ebay to....go figure. Sorry for the initial confusion, every other David, including myself, on this board is great to deal with as far as I know!!! :)
I am sorry to have to do this, but a member of this board by the name of David has not, in close to one year of cashing my money order for a pair of fenders has shipped them to me. After repeated excuses and an exhausted patience on my part I am now taking action to get what is rightfully mine. This is unfortunately not the first time he has done something like this but I cannot believe how people can be like this. I asked for my money back and he told me that he woudl not return my money becuase I changed my mind....WTF?!?!?! This was 4 months after he cashed my money order and had not delivered my goods. He told me he already spent it on his car....that's great for me isn't it???? I want my fenders and now I will be taking it up with the Better Business Bureau as well as the the United States Postal Service as he has committed mail fraud by failing to deliver goods while taking payment through USPS.
I am sick of being understanding and it is time to let the board know what happened....I cannot stand thieves and if you cannot deliever what you are selling, then DO NOT TAKE THE MONEY!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your dilemna.I read you were going to possibly expose this person (in another thread)and sorry to hear it came to this.Who exactly was it? I did a search and there are a lot of people named David (my name is David as well)Was it member "DAVID" ? I hope you find a resolution to your problem.It's ashame people do that sort of thing :(

Sure hope this isn't the aforementioned david, because if I got stiffed like that and then the person that stiffed me responded with this, knowing his address I would drive to the farthest point in the world to "talk" to him.

I hope you didn't mean me when you quoted my post in your reply.I have sold many a part on PY,FGF and Ebay with no problems. There are tons on David variations with screen names here on PY as well as many who have the name David but do not use it in their screen name. I am actually insulted you would imply such a thing.I did a search and from the post details i found a member named "DAVID" that was offering fenders for sale about a year ago and wanted to confirm this so those who want to stay away from this persons for sale items can do so.

The only "David" I could think of on here was my dad, because I used to post under my dad's name on the old format of the forums "I couldn't reformat it to my name for some reason.."But yeah I have some fenders lying in my yard from a GTO and I was going unless somebody hit me over the head with a frying pan I don't recall selling them... :juggle:
I just wonder by any chance if we're talking about "David' who slayed the goliath in the Bible....mabye we should see if he forgot to send the fenders :D

Not sure if the tag in his profile is ligit but might be a good place to start. How did you make your payment?? If credit card contact them and see if they can help. If the tag is ligit you can track him down by that. Either find a "friend" in law enforcement or try one of the online search sites. It helped me locate my step sons bio father so I can adopt him. Just a thought.

Most are probably aware of this but put almost any phone number into a Google search window and you'll get the address plus a link to a map to the guy's house. Has to be a listed number though I think.

EDIT: He has posted under Tilemaster, Crzy4my10th, and Oneton as far as I know....and trust me....I plan on getting something out of this, be it my money or my fenders....the funny thing about this is that he took my money right away...but the fenders I WILL get will probably be in worse shape than what I originally bought....it is so irritating...

Here's an update about the guy that took my money and never sent my fenders. He's out of North Carolina...I called the Sheriff's office again and they put me in contact with the Magistrate. They are sending me out paper work to file a small claims suit against this guy. I asked if I would have to go down there. They said no..only if this guy demands I be there. He'd be a fool to have me come down there. He'd have to pay court costs and I'd tack on my traveling expenses.
So I just thought I'd put that in maybe you can try the same thing.

The anti gun people have been having a field day with this one. They have been handing out flyers & trying to make it look like killers are on the loose waving guns & shooting anyone they disagree with.
All that the law does is removes the requirement of a person to retreat. You now have the right to stand your ground & defend yourself with up to, and including, lethal force if necessary.
The old law said that you had to retreat if you could or be held liable.
On second thought..... You shouldn't come down here; it might be too dangerous. If I were you, I'd call anyone I knew in Florida and tell them to move back up north. :D

This "DAVID" e-mailed me a few days back telling me that he was sending out my fenders at the end of the week...as usual, never happened...I have been sooo busy at work I just don't ahve the time to pursue this but it is now go time...this coming weekend I am gonna get down to business on this...
I believe that is his work address posted on the previous page.

The guy that took my money down in N.C. his name is James Patterson...From my understanding he took money from several people not just me...but he messed with the wrong person when he messed with me...I'm not letting it drop...he will pay and pay dearly....lol
