Can anyone recommend a good sand/media blaster in Northern, NJ? Looking to get some wheels blasted.

Check in Closter. I know there a shop that blasts everything, including cars. I think its something like American Blast or similar to that? Used to have a card floating around since I make signs for a living and we were discussing them blast some for me.

PS, just looked in yellow pages of Hackensack Book, AAA American Sandblasting & Restoration, 800-974-8836. 50 Herbert Ave., Closter. Also saw another in Maywood!

If you need automotive parts blasted look for a place that does powder coating or bodywork that does their own blasting. I owned a powder coating business and we did all our own metal stripping and knew how to protect the part. Some people would bring in parts that were done by metal basters that were not in the automotive field and it is hard to believe the damage they did.
