Excellent customer service - Performance Years

A while back I ordered stainless steel trim from Performance Years. I ordered online. The next day I got an email from PY stating the shipping charges were going to be more than the part due to the size and I'm in California. They wanted to know if I still wanted to purchase the trim. I needed the parts so I purchased them.
All I can say is what a great company. Most others would have just shipped and said too bad. PY went above and beyond excellent customer service in my opinion. Thank you PY for a very satisfied customer.

A few weeks ago I made two orders for parts, one from Summit and one from PY. My first experience with PY and about my third with Summit. Wow, Summit gets it there fast, but I was really turned off by the guy taking my order. Almost a jerk, but that is too harsh. Just not friendly.
Fella I talked with at PY was great to deal with, very helpful and knowledgable. Shipping took about a week, about what I expected and my backordered part came with the order (about a week early). I was glad that I finally got to order from our host and it was pleasant experience.

I'll chime in - PY rocks! I put in 2 orders (fairly large). I dealt with Ed (very helpful & friendly). Even the lady who answers the phone is extremely professional and helpful on the phone. Had a few issues with my last order - got it sorted out quickly and easily. Thanks guys.
