I just thought I'd share my personal experience in dealing with Dave (owner) at DMH Performance. In short, I'm very pleased. Dave has always gone out of his way to make sure that any issue I had was settled.
I originally bought a set of his 3" cutouts for my 65 a few years ago and began to have problems with the first set. I made Dave aware of it and he said return them and I'll send you a newer updated version - no charge. His cutouts have a 4 year warranty. Well it wasn't long before my second set started having issues and I knew I had to again cal Dave. I felt bad but eventually (today) called him and told him what happened. "Send them back!", he said, I'll send you another set - no charge. I told him that I felt bad and somehow wondered whether I was to blame. He said - "I think what is happening is that my collector face on my Y Cutout pipe isn't truely flat and is causing a binding problem with the shaft in the cutout". He said he has a new type bearing that he wants me to try, and I said - sure thing. Dave told me that he has thousands of the units out there and that about 10 of his customers, me included, have nothing but problems due to the collector flange and studs being out of wack. I truly believe this to be the case and admire Dave for still honoring his warranty.
Anyhow, if you are looking for a set of electric exhaust cutouts, please try a set of DMH's. You won't be disappointed with the quality of worksmanship and the service that comes along with them.
